what does true freedom look like?

”..if you abide in my word, you are truly my disciples, and you will know the truth and the truth will set you free.” (John 8:31-32 ESV)

i want freedom. i want freedom from what it means to be a “christian.” i feel like im sometimes trapped in the pressures of being a “good christian.” i cant help but look at others and feel less than, or that i will never measure up. others seem more sure of who they are and what they’re doing, or at least more confident in the hope of what is to come and in the promises of God.
